selalunya ikan keli ni ramai yg x lalu nk makan...
nape yek...??
kalu ikutkn,dulu2 memang x makan ikn keli ni...tpi,
di sebabkn ank2,da jadi lauk paberet pulak skrng ni..
sedapppp rupanya....
lgi2 kalu wat masak cmni....
uhhhh....
ikan keli (goreng dahulu )
* cili kering
*bwng merah kecil + bwng putih
halia + lengkuas
halba campur
daum kesum + bnga kantan
asam jawa @ asam keping @ tomato
garam + sdikit gula@ ajino...
CARA MEMBUATNYA:
blend kesemua bahan yg bertanda *
-kemudian di tumis hngga naik baunya @ garing
-tumiskn sekali halba campur
-lengkuas dn halia di ketuk2 jer..masukkn dlm tumisan
-bila da betul2 garing cili tu,masukkan sdikit air
-masukan daum kesum + bnga kantan + tomato
-isi garam dn sdikit gula @ ajino..
-pastu,baru masukkan ikan keli...
nk lagi sedap,guna ikan semilang...
selalunya,untuk ikan semilang ni,x payah d goreng iknnya...
bahan yg d gunakan pn sama cuma asam pedasnya berkuah...
bole di campurkn terung @ kcng bendi..
